we are humbleweed creative.
We incorporate systems-thinking into our design process for socially and environmentally responsible outcomes.
Amy has a natural curiosity about the world and how things work. She advocates for deeper design thinking and tries to understand any problem from multiple viewpoints. Before joining Humbleweed Creative, she was lead designer at Metro Transit and Three Rivers Park District. In both positions, she played a pivotal role in brand management as well as doing important day-to-day designs that regularly helped people to navigate transit, appreciate nature, and live healthier. Amy's wide-ranging portfolio includes print, web and social media campaigns, direct mail pieces, animated graphics, building and wayfinding signage, vehicle wraps, and event displays. She has led volunteer efforts to reduce waste and educate others on a variety of sustainability issues in her workplace and community. She holds an MA in Sustainable Design from Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and recently coauthored Ecosketchbook: Design for Sustainability (2017).
